To make 12 extraordinary muffins, just mix 1 cup water, 1/2 cup molasses or honey, 1/4 cup oil, 1 egg and 2-3/4 cups of Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Muffin Mix together. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake 15 minutes at 400°F. For unique and delightfully moist muffins, add 1/4 cup applesauce, crushed pineapple or banana.
Whole wheat pastry flour, rolled oats, oat bran, dates, non-fat dry milk, walnuts, baking soda and baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch and monocalcium phosphate).
